MEET THE PARTNERS:
I’m Jessy Nielsen, a lifelong Utah County resident, business owner, and Managing Partner of Canyon Maintenance.
With more than 14 years of experience in facilities management, I’ve learned that maintenance doesn’t always come with an obvious solution. Sometimes you have to think outside the box, get creative, and keep tinkering until you figure out what works. That problem-solving mindset is one of my favorite parts of what I do.
My love of building, fixing, and taking on new challenges eventually led me to start Mirthful Maintenance. What began as a way to do something I genuinely enjoyed quickly became an opportunity to help people and build relationships within our community.
Today, I’m bringing that experience, creativity, and persistence to Canyon Maintenance.
I believe there’s almost always a solution—you just might have to look at the problem differently. My goal is simple: show up, treat people and their property with respect, and find a way to get the job done right.
I love building. I love fixing. And most importantly, I love helping people.

I’m Taylor Ostler, a lifelong Utah County resident, husband, father of four, and Managing Partner of Canyon Maintenance.
With more than 20 years of experience in facilities management, I’ve built my career around maintaining, improving, and caring for homes and businesses. That experience eventually led me to start Ostler Maintenance, where I had the opportunity to serve our community and build a business centered around quality work and dependable service.
Today, that experience continues with Canyon Maintenance.
I believe good maintenance is about more than fixing things—it’s about being someone our customers can trust. Honesty, dependability, kindness, and respect are values I bring to every job.
At Canyon Maintenance, I’m proud to help provide reliable residential and commercial maintenance while building lasting relationships with the people and businesses we serve.
